The PDC Asia Tour begins this weekend, March 10-11, in Seoul, Korea for the Asian Tour Order of Merit, which  will determine the “top 4 players who will qualify for the 2018/2019 World Darts Championship in Alexandra, London” and “to select players for the 2018 World Cup”.

The 2018 Asia Tour starts in Seoul, then in Macau, Kobe, Kuala Lampur, Taipei, and will end in Shanghai, China. The 6-weekend Asian Tour will have 2 Singles events of USD 10,000 each from which money won will determine the Asian Tour Order of Merit.  The PDC Asian Tour is a global expansion of the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) to provide “greater opportunities for steel tip players”.

The Pinoy darters are led by Christian Perez, Lourence Ilagan, Noel Malicdem, Prussian De la Cruz Arceño, Alexis Toylo, Dixie Ybañez, Joseph Domanais, our players based in South Korea, and the contingent from DOT-Tacloban.  Good Luck to the 18 Pinoy darters out of the 189 registered players.

For the glory of Philippine darts, let us all support our players as they go all the way for the top 4 spots in the Order of Merit.  More than the accolades and recognition, this is the time for redemption – the time to again build an image that has been tarnished.  Lest we go astray to dabble in insignificant and counter-productive undertakings, now is the time to stand united in our pursuit for excellence.  The National Darts Federation of the Philippines (NDFP) stand committed and endorses its full support to all our Filipino darters to the PDC Asian Tour Order of Merit.
