Ogie Castelo of Davao City attained the title of NDFP National Master after winning his 3rd National Championship title at the recently concluded 200K Gov. Edwin Jubahib & Vice Mayor Ricky Inodio-An National Tournament in Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
Castelo won his first NDFP National title last 2009 at the 100K Gov. Mangudadatu Al Haj Invitational Tournament, and his second at the 105K Araw ng Carmen in June 2022. He was also given the title of NDFP Regional Master in 2013 after winning three NDFP Regional Open Singles Championships.
Castelo is a member of Kumpadres and has placed in a total of 49 ranking tournaments since 2008, 33 of which are national ranking tournaments.
