This is the FIRST FREE-REGISTRATION P100,000 dart tournament in
the country. The free registration tournament broke all tournament
attendance records at this time with 454 registered players. This
is also the first Philippine dart tournament to have a TV special.

November 21-22-23, 1999; Riverbanks Center, Marikina City
This is the first P100,000 dart tournament in the Philippines. It
introduced new events such as the first National Youth Singles and
other events to entice the lady darters. It also utilized a 32-dartboard
set-up, the most in any local dart tournament ever.

This is the first tournament to implement major changes such as
single elimination format in all events and use of chalkers (scorers),
which are all basic international practices. It also made use of
a seeding format and held multiple events in a day. Since then,
these became the standards of major Philippine dart tournaments. |
