Dipolog
City darters swept all of the events of the 2nd Hudyaka
Zanorte Open Dart Classic held last June 3 - 4, 2006
at the Zamboanga del Norte Convention and Exhibition Center in Dipolog
City, Zamboanga del Norte.
Local boy Jojo Baes bagged the Open Singles event.
Neil Drilon, likewise from Dipolog City, teamed up with Romeo Anadeo
of Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte to win the Classified Draw Doubles
while local team Zanorte Dipag Darters composed of Baes, Drilon
and Carlos Silva won the Fixed Three-Man Team event.
No less than the Honorable
Governor Rolando E. Yebes of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte
attended the event and lent support to the darters in the event
organized by the Zanorte Dipag Darters in cooperation with the Provincial
Government of Zamboanga del Norte, the Provincial Tourism Office
of Zamboanga del Norte and the Zanorte Provincial Tourism Council,
Inc. in celebration of the 54th Founding Anniversary of the Province
of Zamboanga del Norte.
