In celebration of the 54th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte, the Zanorte Dipag Darters, in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte, the Provincial Tourism Office of Zamboanga del Norte and the Zanorte Provincial Tourism Council, Inc., have organized the 2nd Hudyaka Zanorte Open Dart Classic on June 3-4, 2006 as part of the Hudyaka Zanorte 2006 Festival. It will be held at ZDN Convention and Exhibition Center located along Gen. Luna St., Dipolog City.

The P40,000 tournament, sanctioned by the National Dart Foundation of the Philippines (NDFP), is an NDFP ranking event where the top players in the singles event will earn points based on their performance.

Day one festivities start at 1:30 PM with the P12,000 Classified Draw Doubles 501 followed by the P10,000 Open Singles 501 at 6:00 PM. The final day boasts of the P18,000 Fixed Three-Man Team 701 event at 1:30 PM.

The Open Singles 501 shall be single knockout (best of 3 in the eliminations and best of 5 in the finals) while the Classified Draw Doubles and the Fixed Three-Man Team events shall be double knockout (best of 3 in the eliminations (winners’ and losers’ brackets and best of 5 in the finals). Entry fee for each event is P150 per player.
