The P50,000 Hinugyaw 2006 Festival Gov. Manny F. Piñol Dart Tournament, organized by the North Cotabato Dart Club (NCDC), is set for August 26 and 27 at Don Henri's Bar, Kidapawan City Country Club in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato. The Hinugyaw 2006 Festival is another sanctioned tournament of the National Dart Foundation of the Philippines (NDFP) and carries national ranking championship points in the Ladies' and Open Singles events.

Tournament starts on August 26 (Saturday) with the P5,000 Ladies' Singles at 10:00 AM, followed by the Fixed Four-Person Team Championship at 2:00 PM and capped off by the Classified Draw Doubles at 6:00 PM. The last day of the tournament has the Youth and Open Singles to be played simultaneously at 10:00 AM.
