The revived Dart Club of Isulan led by President Engineer Eusebio D. Espinosa is spearheading the 1st Governor Suharto T. Mangudadatu , Al Hadj, P50,000 Invitational Dart Tournament on November 17-18, 2007 at the New Capitol Complex, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat. This tournament is in celebration of the 34th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat and the 1st NDFP Ranking tournament in Isulan.

The Province of Sultan Kudarat led by Governor Suharto T. Mangudadatu is the main sponsor of the tournament, while Robson Sportscraft is the sponsor of the trophies and dartboards.

The tournament is with full support from the Mindanao Archipelago Darts Federation (MADF) and the National Dart Foundation of the Philippines (NDFP).

Events include the Fixed-Three Person Team, Classified Doubles and the Open Singles.
