National Darts Federation of the Philippines President Tito Soncuya presented the 2011 President’s Award to Bert Colong, President of CHEDA, and the City Hall Employees Dart Association of Cebu in appreciation to their sincere dedication, support and commitment to the visions, ideals and programs of the NDFP. The award was given during the opening ceremonies of the Darterong Pinoy last October 21, 2011 at the Sta Lucia East Mall.
