improvement of the Bicol darters compared to last year. This is
to be expected with the continuing dart activities of local dart

the leadership of the Bicol Dart Federation president Darius Arana.
Congratulations to Darterong Albayano for a successful
tournament and for a comfortable air-conditioned dart venue. To
Rostum Bustamante, Albay Provincial Sports Coordinator and to the
Provincial Board member Herbert Borja, thank you for your support
and to Allan Imperial for his pictures and event coordination.
We hope to see each other again in the Pineapple
Festival of Daet; Ibalon Festival; and Penafrancia Festival of Naga.
