In celebration of the 47th Araw ng Kutabato Festival, the Dart Federation of Kutawato, through the Office of the City Mayor, have organized the 8th Mayor Muslimin G. Sema Dart Tournament on June 16-17, 2006. It will be held at Benjie Carwash and Dart Venue located along Sinsuat Ave., Cotabato City.

The tournament, sanctioned by the National Dart Foundation of the Philippines (NDFP), is an NDFP ranking event where the top players in the singles event will earn points based on their performance.

Festivities start on June 16 with the P6,900 Classified Draw Triples 501 at 7:30 PM. June 10 opens with P2,000 Free Registration Youth Singles 501 at 10:00 AM, P6,100 Classified Draw Doubles 501 at 3:00 PM and the P7,000 Open Singles at 7:30 PM.

All events shall be single knockout. Entry fee for each event is P120 per player.
