In celebration of the 51st Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Upi of the Province of Maguindanao, the Upian Darters, through the Office of the Municipal Mayor, have organized the 5th Mayor Ramon Piang, Sr. National Dart Tournament on June 9-10, 2006. It will be held at Palec Dart House located along Sinsuat Ave., Nuro Upi, Maguindanao.

The tournament, sanctioned by the National Dart Foundation of the Philippines (NDFP), is an NDFP ranking event where the top players in the singles event will earn points based on their performance.

Festivities start on June 9 with a Pre-Tournament Classified Draw Triples 501 at 6:00 PM. The main tournament on June 10 is composed of four (4) events: P3,000 Youth Singles 501 at 10:00 AM, Classified Draw Doubles 501 at 2:00 PM, Women’s Singles 501 at 5:00 PM and the Open Singles at 7:00 PM.

All events, except for the Free Registration Youth Singles, shall be single knockout. Entry fee for each event is P100 per player.
