The
National Dart Foundation of the Philippines (NDFP) kicks off the
year 2007 with the NDFP-sanctioned 2nd Honorable Mayor
Fernando Q. Miguel P50,000 Invitational Dart Tournament on
January 5, 6, and 7, 2005 at the Marbel Food Harbor and EMR Center
in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
A project of Honorable Mayor Fernando
Q. Miguel of Koronadal City in celebration of the Araw ng Koronadal,
the tournament is organized and presented by the South Cotabato
Darters Association (Socodarts) and SCOMBAC Sports Club in cooperation
with the City Government of Koronadal and supported by Honorable
Councilor Edwin "Bong" G. Arbis, EMR Center and Marbel
Food Harbor.
Competition starts on Friday with
the Classified Draw Doubles 501 at 6:00 pm. Saturday events are
the Ladies’ Singles 501 at 10:00 am and the Open Singles 501
at 4:00 pm. The Fixed Four-Person Team 701 at 10:00 am on Sunday
concludes the tournament.
All events will follow the single
knockout format. The Open and Ladies’ Singles events are NDFP
ranking events where the top players will earn points based on their
performance.
